Metin Örnek has a BS degree in Electronics Engineering from Istanbul Technical University and graduated in Executive MBA from Ozyegin University. He started his business life by developing ERP software in manufacturing sector. After that he worked as an analyst programmer on banking and finance market. Since 1999, he has started to work as Project and Portfolio Manager. He put his heart into this profession. In 2005, he received his PMP certificate. In 2010, he became PMI Turkey volunteer, and in 2015 became Chairman of the Board. He carried out establishment of PMO in Ibtech which is QNB Finansbank’s IT subsidiary. He gave Project Management trainings to different company personnel from various sectors, seminars in universities and foreign countries. He is currently manager of Ibtech R&D Center, QNB Finansbank Incubation Center Fincube Mentor and Technopark Entrepreneurs Association Board Member. At the same time, he is the European Community Engagement Committee Member of the PMIEF (PMI Educational Foundation). He speaks English and French.

Ömer Ragıp Özkan currently serves as the Head of Project, Test and DevOPS Management Department at Burgan Bank. Since 2007, he has led many multi million dollars worth of projects with global and local stakeholders as project and program manager at HSBC. He is very experienced in managing multinational, risk based, regulation, strategic and Agile IT (Agile IT) projects. Between 2003 and 2007 he worked as a Telecommunication Expert at Turk Telekom. Mr. Özkan has PMP (Project Management Professional), ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library) and Cisco Technologies (CCNA, Cisco-QoS) certificates. She gives seminars, gives mentoring and participates in various platforms as a speaker in the field of project management. Mr. Özkan received his bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering from Istanbul University in 2001 with a bachelor's degree and in 2017 graduated from MBA program at Istanbul Bilgi University. Turkey also two international and two domestic academic research in the United States during a scientific article's author and presenter.

She lectures on project management, risk management and Project Management Offices in international congresses.
